Brew Hot Coffee

Follow these steps to brew hot coffee

1. Put filter in funnel
2. Choose grind size
3. Put funnel in brewer
4. Select brew size
5. Brew

Lets look at that step by step

The grind and brew size must be the same.

For example if you grind small, brew small.

Most times brewing medium is sufficient.

Turn on Cold Brew

Follow these steps to turn on cold brew

1. Open cold brew fridge
2. Locate nitrogen tank
3. Turn tank valve counter clockwise
4. Locate gas keg line
5. Turn valve right

Lets look at that step by step

Don’t turn a bunch of times, just enough till it loosens and you hear gas flow.

Like a half turn is enough i think.

Fill Espresso Beans

Put Syrup Pumps Back

Follow these steps to put syrup pumps back

1. Locate pumps and syrups
2. Consolidate syrups (if available)
3. Flush pumps
4. Screw pumps onto syrups
5. Save caps

Lets look at that step by step

If there are any partially opened syrups, consolidate them now.

To flush the pumps, do three pumps in water, then three pumps in air.

Prep Bathroom

Change toilet paper

1. Locate key
2. Locate key hole
3. Take out holder
4. Replace paper
5. Put back holder
6. Put back key
