Restock

- Wipe customer tables
- Wipe point of sale table
- Wipe metal tables

- Turn off square
- Turn music off
- Turn lights off

Alright now lets look at that in full detail, step by step.

Restock

Restocking is getting everything ready for customers and for us as workers, to better serve customers.

Napkins, forks, straws, etc

Make sure forks and knives are all facing same direction.

Cups and lids

Bottled drinks fridge

Make sure you’re restocking in a way that the already cold drinks are up front and the room temp ones are in the back.

If we dont have enough drinks to fully restock, still pull everything forward so drinks are easily accessible and presentable.

Milks fridge

Please check for expiration dates during restock and alert manager if expired.

Bring Sign Inside

Put Away All Coffee

Turn off cold brew

If you’re not familiar with whats inside the cold brew fridge, check opening.

To turn off cold brew, follow these steps.

Turn tank valve clockwise
Turn gas keg line left
Clean drip tray

Dump hot coffee

Any hot coffee left over is just going into the sink.

Put syrup pumps away

Follow these steps to put syrup pumps away.

Unscrew pumps and shake out remaining syrup
Put them upside in a cup full of clean water
Put lid on syrup bottles

Clean espresso machine

To clean the espresso machine, first start with the grinder.

Get coffee off top part of grinder (use towel)
Remove grinder tray and wash
Brush top of espresso machine
- After brushing, use a damp towel to clean
Remove espresso tray and wash
Wash accessories
Put back trays and leave to dry

Be careful with the top part of the espresso machine, its really hot!!!

Wash Sink Area

Wash smoothie blender

Use green sponge, soap and water to wash the smoothie blender and lid. Rinse and leave on top of towel to dry.

Wash sink

Again, use green cloth, soap and water to clean sink walls. Then rinse.

Clean Surfaces

In order to clean surfaces, we have to make a sanitizing mix. To do that, just pour a tiny amount into a spray bottle, then fill the rest with water. Mixture should be a light pink.
