Making Drinks

Hot Coffee

Follow these steps to make a hot coffee:

  1. Grab a hot coffee cup and sleeve
  2. Pour hot coffee
  3. Add sugar and a splash of cream (if ordered)

For the Hot Coffee we always use 2 sugar packets.
(unless the customer wants more or less)

The milk amount is supposed to be 1-2 ounces, but takes too long to measure, so we just eyeball it and call it a splash.

Mixing hot coffee

Make sure to mix!

Cold Brew

Follow these steps to make a cold brew:

  1. Get cup
    • We have 2 sizes, small and large.
  2. Fill with ice
  3. Add cold brew
  4. Add milk and sugar (if ordered)

The sugar packets are only used for the Hot Coffee, so then for Cold Brew’s and Latte’s we will be using the syrup pumps for the sugar and the sweetener.
Add 2-3 pumps depending on size.

So if a customer orders a Large Cold Brew with Sugar and French Vanilla Syrup, add 3 pumps sugar syrup and 3 pumps french vanilla syrup.

We fill up this much with cold brew and then will the rest with milk (if ordered) and dont overfill too much.

Pro Tip! If customer orders cold brew with sugar and sweetener, add those in before you add the ice.

Mixing cold brew

Make sure the thing is tight in the machine or else is will fall out and make a mess.

Only brew into this metal cup

If a customer wants to order just an espresso, this is what you would serve them.

Beans are single serve. Meaning we can only use them for one drink.

Dumping beans

Pro Tip! On busy weekends, when you have a minute, make a bunch of espresso’s and have them ready.
